3. About choice of wood quality
We use carefully selected high-quality materials for all our products. We use 10mm thick glass. We source only high quality wood from the Indonesian government and the thickness of the suar wood used in our products is 80mm. Due to the particularly dry climate and the large temperature differences in Europe, we only use sufficiently dry wood. This wood is very expensive, but it is a guarantee of quality. Since there is no special drying technology for suar wood in Indonesia, we buy suar wood that needs to be stored in the warehouse for more than 3 years at more than double the price to ensure the wood reaches the dryness suitable for the European environment. We refuse anything made from fresh wood and shipped to you directly from Indonesia.
