Yes, you can experience and choose from over 250 tables directly in the Zurich showroom (Feuerthalen, Schützenstrasse 19). You'll find a wide selection online, but in person you can see, feel, and compare every piece.

Is the store near me? Can I view several similar tables?
Our store is centrally located in northern Switzerland (near Zurich)—many customers come from all over. In the showroom, there are always many root tables next to each other, each one unique—you can choose your favorite live.

How is delivery and shipping handled? How is the table packaged? Is fast delivery possible?
All teak root tables are available for immediate delivery and will be delivered to your home within 2–5 business days. For maximum protection, we use high-quality special packaging: Large tables are transported safely on wooden pallets, smaller tables under 30 kg are shipped via Swiss Post, and larger ones are shipped by Planzer (next business day). All packaging and shipping costs are included.

Where can I set up my teak root table? Is it possible to use it outdoors or on the balcony?
Our root tables are versatile: perfect for the living room, lounge, reception area, office, conservatory, balcony, or garden. Due to its extremely high hardness (over 1400 ibf / 700 kg) and natural oil density, teak is ideal for outdoor use—even for long-term, unprotected outdoor use. Teak pillars have been used in water for over 150 years—simply wipe them down regularly, and you're done!

Is there an exchange or second-choice service? How does it work?
You can return within 15 days without giving any reason, or exchange it free of charge within 30 days. Just drop by or contact us – we'll make the process as hassle-free as possible.

Are there accessories, spare parts or maintenance support available?
Yes! We offer free in-store aftercare and all replacement parts (e.g., glass shelves, feet) are available at cost. Even years after your purchase, we're your contact for service and maintenance.

How long is the warranty and what is included in the service?
Our teak root tables come with a two-year warranty on materials and workmanship. We also offer free lifetime advice, minor on-site repairs, and personalized care tips. For major damage, we'll be happy to check whether your insurance covers it.

Does your service also offer individual customization and customization?

Yes, all components such as glass plates or feet are individually interchangeable and can be reordered or replaced individually.

Can I reserve the table before purchasing?
We offer up to one week of free reservations. With a deposit, we'll even store your desired item for up to three months free of charge.

Is there a second-hand market or a take-back facility?
Our tables retain their value extremely well. Many customers even resell their pieces at their original price after years. We don't buy back used furniture, but we are happy to connect interested parties within our network.
