Benefits of your VIP status:
- Permanently valid: Once purchased, your VIP status and the corresponding wholesale price remain valid for all future purchases. There is no minimum order value. All future purchases receive a 20% discount.
Exchange and return:
- First order: The first order serves as identification and can only be returned in full within 14 days. VIP status will be revoked.
- Starting with the second transaction, we offer a 30-day return guarantee without giving any reason.
- Exchange: An extended exchange period of 6 months applies. Damage during shipping will be replaced unconditionally.
