Our store is located in Feuerthalen, near Zurich. Open Monday to Saturday. You can choose from a wide selection of different sizes and designs on site.

Is there a return or exchange option?

Yes, you have a 15-day return policy (without giving any reason) and a 30-day exchange policy. Simply return the table or have it picked up – as long as it's undamaged.

Are there accessories, maintenance or repair services?

We offer free lifetime in-store maintenance and replacement parts at cost. Surfaces are easy to refresh, and all glass panels can be reordered.

How long is the warranty? What about insurance?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all products. We also have insurance that covers many types of damage—please contact us if you have any questions.

Where does the wood come from? How is it processed?

Our teak and acacia wood comes from sustainable Indonesian forests (FSC-certified) and matures in the air for at least 3 years before processing.

Yes, free for up to 1 week, with a deposit up to 3 months.

Is there a used market or take-back?

Our solid wood tables retain their value so well that many customers have been able to pass them on at their original price after years of use. Returns are available upon request.

How is delivery handled? Is shipping secure?

Our tables are ready for immediate delivery, usually within 2–5 days. Large tables are delivered on pallets, small ones by mail – everything is securely packaged and shipping is free.
