Every table is the second life of a tree
Since 2018, we have been passionately dedicated to unique furniture and home décor made from natural solid wood in Schaffhausen. We do not follow short-lived trends or focus on mass production. Instead, we concentrate on what truly matters: letting real wood speak for itself.
Every Buddha Deko tree-slice table is crafted from a single piece of natural solid wood that has been air-dried for several years.
We use solid wood from sustainable sources—trees that have grown for decades. The origin of the wood and the entire supply chain are transparently documented and traceable. Since 2018, our unique natural wood products have found their place in thousands of homes across Switzerland and Europe.
We intervene only gently, preserving every growth ring, every crack and every variation in color, and we refine the wood with simple design and craftsmanship so that it can quietly become the heart of a family’s home.

That is why our tables are not produced in haste or as inexpensive mass-market furniture. Genuine craftsmanship, naturally grown wood and careful workmanship all take time.

We are Buddha Deko – founded in February 2018. We are based in Schaffhausen. We offer Indonesian solid-wood one-of-a-kind pieces (including teak and Suar/acacia) as well as selected decorations – pieces that shouldn’t look like a “trend,” but like home.
Today, many people are looking for something real: wood that radiates warmth, brings calm into a room, and doesn’t feel “outdated” after a year. That’s exactly what we stand for. We don’t sell mass-produced series in the classic sense: grain, edge, color variations, small marks and natural characteristics are part of it – they create the character. We select our pieces so they work in everyday life: as a coffee table, sideboard, shelf, or a focal point – while still feeling like a true natural material.
What you can rely on with us: original photos of each individual item (no stock images), clear information about size and condition, and advice that genuinely fits your space. If you write or call, we don’t talk in “sales language” – we talk concretely: What size makes sense? How does the shape feel in the room? What matches your floor, sofa, or style? And what should you realistically consider with solid wood (care, weight, natural features)?
Many one-of-a-kind pieces are available from stock. Within Switzerland, delivery – depending on the region – is usually 1–3 business days. What matters to us is that every piece arrives safely: securely packaged, clearly documented, and prepared so you can receive your furniture with peace of mind.
