By the shores of Lake Zurich, we run a small, unique shop. We don’t chase trends, and we don’t collect many things; we focus on one thing: letting real wood speak.
Each Baumscheibe Tisch from Buddha Deko is crafted from naturally air-dried solid wood,
harvested from trees that have rooted in the forest for decades, even centuries, bearing the marks of seasons, bird songs, and snowfall.
We gently intervene, preserving every growth ring, crack, and color difference, with simple design and handwork, allowing it to quietly become the centerpiece of a family’s life.
One customer told us that when they first saw these tables, it felt like meeting an old friend from the forest – calm, weighty, and full of stories.
Our customers come from all over Switzerland – doctors, teachers, architects, as well as young families. They don’t seek excess, but cherish the unique, the natural, and the true.
