1. Standard shipping (up to 29 kg)

For orders up to 29 kg in weight, shipping is carried out by Swiss Post .

• Delivery areas : Switzerland, Germany, France and Austria
• Shipping costs : According to current Swiss Post rates. The exact costs will be calculated during the checkout process.
• Delivery time :
  • Switzerland : 1-3 working days
  • Germany, France, Austria : 3-7 working days

2. Pallet shipping (from 30 kg)

For orders over 30 kg, shipping is subject to the following conditions:

Switzerland

• Shipping service provider : Spedifux (Liechtenstein)
• Shipping method : Pallet shipping (Euro pallet)
• Shipping costs : Flat rate CHF 69.00 per Euro pallet
• Delivery time : 1-3 working days

Germany, France and Austria

• Shipping service provider : DHL
• Shipping method : Pallet shipping (Euro pallet)
• Shipping costs : CHF 280.00 per Euro pallet
  The shipping costs are as follows:
  • Basic freight : CHF 180.00
  • Export fee : CHF 75.00
  • Insurance : CHF 10.00
  • Fuel surcharge : CHF 15.00
• Delivery time : 3-7 working days

Important instructions

• For pallet deliveries within Switzerland, the CHF 69 flat shipping rate already includes the packaging and Euro pallet.
• For pallet deliveries to Germany, France and Austria, import VAT, customs duties and possible processing fees are not included in the CHF 280 shipping charge. These costs are charged separately to the recipient by the transport company or the relevant customs authorities.
• Please contact us directly for larger orders or special delivery requirements.
• After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available shipping and tracking information.
