A free reservation is available for one week. With a deposit, the furniture can be stored free of charge at our warehouse for up to three months.
How Does Delivery Work?
Delivery within Switzerland normally takes 1–3 working days. Depending on size and weight, we ship with Swiss Post or deliver with Planzer. The applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
What Are the Return, Exchange and Warranty Conditions?
We offer a 14-day right of return, a 30-day right of exchange and a five-year warranty. You can also contact us after your purchase if you have questions about care or require repairs at a later date.
