Returns and right of withdrawal for orders from the European Union (EU)

Right of withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a notification by email to:

Return

After notification of withdrawal, we will provide you with the return address.

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days after the declaration of withdrawal.

Return costs

For returns from the European Union, the following applies:

• The costs of the original delivery (outbound shipping) will not be refunded.
• The costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
• All customs, import, export, processing or other fees incurred in connection with the return are also borne by the buyer.

Unpaid returns

Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the return is sufficiently franked and fully paid.

Condition of the goods

The goods must be

• complete,
• undamaged,
• clean,
• preferably in the original packaging
• and securely packaged for transport

when returned to us.

The buyer is liable for any loss in value or damage caused by use, improper handling, insufficient packaging, or return transport.

Refund

After receipt of the return, the goods will be checked by us.

If the goods have been received by us complete and undamaged, the value of the goods will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Not refunded are:

• Shipping costs of the original delivery,
• Costs of return,
• Express or special shipping costs,
• Customs, import, export, or processing fees.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered goods

Should the goods have been delivered damaged or if there is an incorrect delivery, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt and send meaningful photos of the goods and packaging.

In this case, we will of course assume the legally stipulated obligations and together find an appropriate solution.

Exclusion of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods,

• that have been manufactured according to customer specifications,
• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer,
• or to the extent that statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply.
