Where does the wood come from and how is it processed?

Answer:
The suar wood comes from sustainable plantations in Indonesia and is traditionally air-dried for three years. It is handcrafted by experienced carpenters into a unique piece – read more under Wood Classification and Origin .

Can I reorder or replace the glass plate or other parts?

Answer:
All accessories are interchangeable – you can reorder or replace the glass top, legs, or surface protection at any time.

Can I reserve the table before purchasing?

Answer:
Yes, you can reserve for one week free of charge, or even for up to three months with a deposit. Just contact us!

Why are solid hardwood tables more expensive than standard furniture?

Answer:
The material is rare, carefully dried, and entirely handcrafted. A roughly sawn, undried tree trunk with a diameter of 1 meter and a thickness of 7 cm alone costs over 910 Swiss francs in Europe—making these tables a lifelong investment with lasting value.

Is there a used market or take-back?

Answer:
Many customers report that they were able to resell their tables at their original price. The value retention is exceptionally high – we'd be happy to put you in touch with them or add you to our waiting list.

How is the table delivered, how is the packaging and shipping carried out?

Answer:
All tables are carefully packaged immediately after ordering and delivered within 2–5 working days via Swiss Post (under 30kg) or Planzer (over 30kg) – palletized, transport-safe and insured; we cover all costs.
