Do you offer a maintenance or repair service?

Yes! We offer free in-store maintenance and repair services for all our products. By appointment, you can bring your kite in anytime for a checkup or service—a service many of our regular customers use regularly.

How long is the warranty? Is there after-sales support?

We offer a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. In addition, you receive lifetime care in our showroom. All products are also covered by additional insurance—please contact us for details.

Do you support custom orders or personalization?

Yes, we offer custom orders and special sizes – please contact us. Since genuine handcrafting takes time, we ask for your patience. Each piece is made to your specifications.

Our dragon figures are made from solid, FSC-certified acacia wood (suar wood). The wood comes from sustainable sources in Indonesia and is known for its extreme hardness, weather resistance, and fine grain.

Can I reserve the sculpture before purchasing it?

We'll be happy to reserve your desired piece for up to one week free of charge. With a deposit, we'll even store your unique piece for up to three months free of charge.

How is the kite delivered? What is the packaging like? How quickly will it arrive?

All products are shipped immediately from stock. Delivery throughout Switzerland takes 2–5 business days, thanks to special protective packaging and, for heavy items, transport on wooden pallets. We cover all packaging costs. Up to 30 kg via Swiss Post, and from 30 kg via Planzer – both fast and reliable.
