We ship all products from our Swiss warehouse within 2–5 days. Products under 30 kg are shipped via Swiss Post (3–5 days), while larger items are shipped via Planzer (usually the next day). All shipments are carefully packaged; large items are shipped on wooden pallets for optimal protection. We cover the packaging costs.

Are there return or exchange options?
Of course – you can return your product within 15 days without giving any reason, and exchange it free of charge within 30 days. The item must be undamaged.
