You can visit our showroom in Feuerthalen (Schützenstrasse 19, 8245 Feuerthalen, Zurich) and experience the table in person. Ordering online is also possible. Our doors are open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Is there a right of return or exchange?

Yes, you have a 15-day return policy and a 30-day exchange option, as long as the table is undamaged. If you have any questions, we'll personally support you – fair and straightforward.

Are there accessories or a repair service?

All tables can be retrofitted with matching glass tops or metal legs. In the event of damage, we offer free repairs (in-store) and replacement parts at cost price. We are always available for long-term maintenance.

How long is the warranty? What happens in case of damage?

We offer a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Additionally, all products are insured, which may extend beyond this period depending on the specific case. Simply contact us if you have any problems – we'll always find a solution.

Are there individual customization options?

Yes, almost all dimensions, legs, and finishes can be customized upon request. Personalized engravings or special surface treatments are also possible.

Where does the wood come from? How was it processed?

Our acacia (suar wood) comes from sustainable forestry in Indonesia, was naturally dried for 3 years and then traditionally handcrafted – without chemical additives, only with heart and experience.

With pleasure! We offer free reservations for up to one week, and with a deposit, we'll store your table for up to three months free of charge.

All tables are professionally packaged: small items are shipped by mail (3–5 days), while large tables are shipped with a pallet (1–2 days). Bulky furniture is shipped securely on a pallet, and we cover all packaging costs. You can receive tracking information and a delivery date upon request.

Where can I set up the table – is it also possible outdoors?
