Can I place the sculptures outside in the garden?
Yes, all our sculptures made of acacia wood are weatherproof, UV-resistant, and require no special care – ideal also for balcony or garden.

How is the shipping handled? Is the packaging secure?
All products are immediately deliverable. For items under 30 kg, we ship with Swiss Post (3–5 days); for over 30 kg, with Planzer – usually next business day. We cover packaging costs, and our figures travel in shockproof protective packaging or on wooden pallets.

What types of wood do you use and where do they come from?
We use FSC-certified Suar wood (acacia), hand-selected from Indonesia – hard, durable, with distinctive grain and natural scent.

Can I reserve a figure?
Yes, gladly – free of charge for up to one week. With a deposit, we can store the figure for you free of charge for up to 3 months.

Do you offer a warranty or care service?
Yes. 2 years warranty on material or workmanship defects. Additionally, we offer lifetime free care at the showroom. All products are also insured against transport damage.

Do you also offer custom-made pieces?
Yes. If you have special requests, we can have individual pieces made. Please allow 6–10 weeks depending on complexity.
