1. Reservation confirmation: Once you place an order for a reserved product, this is considered an official confirmation and it is not possible to cancel the reservation or receive a refund.

2. Delivery time: We will do our best to deliver the reserved product according to the intended production and shipping schedule. However, delivery delays may occur due to various unforeseeable circumstances. We will notify you of any delays within a reasonable time and provide you with relevant updates.

3. Production time: The usual production time for reserved products is usually 3 months. Please note that production time may change depending on product complexity and availability of raw materials.

4. Shipping time: The estimated sea freight time for reserved products is about 1.5 months. This refers to the period from the production site to arrival at the destination.

5. Drying Time: Reserved products may require some drying time to ensure quality and stability. The usual drying time is usually 3 months.

6. Cancellation and Exchange: After you place an order for a reserved product, you have the option within a certain period of time to cancel the reservation or switch to other available products. Please note that canceled or exchanged reservations cannot be reversed.

7. Product Availability: All products are sold on a first come, first served basis. If for any reason the reserved product is not available, we will do our best to offer you similar or alternative product options.

8. Limitation of Liability: During the reservation process, we will make every effort to provide accurate information and services. However, we accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by force majeure, production problems, delivery delays or any other factors.

9. Minimum container quantity for production start: In order to minimize transport costs, production of reserved products will only start when the minimum quantity is reached to fill a complete container.

• After production and drying, your ordered products are immediately packed in a container and shipped by sea freight from Indonesia to Switzerland.
