We offer a two-year warranty on all wood products against quality defects. We offer a personalized service for damage caused by improper use; many products are also covered by insurance.

Can I reserve the sculpture?

Yes, we offer free reservations for up to one week – with a deposit, we can also store the sculpture for up to three months free of charge.

Do you support custom orders? Is a custom dragon sculpture possible?

All sculptures are carefully packaged immediately after ordering and delivered within Switzerland within 2–5 business days. We cover the packaging costs. Orders under 30 kg are delivered by Swiss Post, while larger pieces are shipped directly to you by Planzer. Your sculpture is optimally protected.

Is there a right of return or exchange?

Of course: You can return within 15 days without giving any reason, and you have a 30-day right to exchange the product. The prerequisite is that the product is in perfect condition.
