We offer a 2-year warranty on all wood products against defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer an optional insurance package and lifelong maintenance advice.

Can I reserve the wine holder?

We will be happy to reserve your unique wine holder for up to one week free of charge – with a deposit, we will store your wine holder for up to three months at no additional cost.

Do you support custom orders?

Yes, we also manufacture custom wine holders upon request – just ask! Delivery time for custom-made items is 6-10 weeks.

We use only sustainably grown acacia wood (suar) from Indonesia, FSC-certified. Further information can be found on our wood information page.

How does delivery and shipping work? How is the product packaged? How quickly will it arrive?

We ship all products directly from our Swiss warehouse. Small items weighing less than 30 kg are shipped via Swiss Post, while large and delicate furniture is shipped via Planzer. Each product is carefully packaged; large items are shipped on pallets. Delivery typically takes place within 2–5 business days. We cover the packaging costs.
