Answer: You can view the table in our showroom in Feuerthalen (Zurich) and take it home with you right away. Our address: Schützenstrasse 19, 8245 Feuerthalen. Over 250 different tables await you. Opening hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Is the store near me? Can I compare multiple tables directly?
Answer: Our store is located near Zurich and is easily accessible by car and public transport. You can compare, touch, and select various tables directly on site.
Is there an exchange or selection service? How does it work?
Answer: You can return it within 15 days without giving any reason or exchange it for another model within 30 days – as long as the table remains undamaged.
Are there spare parts and repair service available?
Answer: Yes! We offer free in-store repairs and supply replacement parts at cost. Upon request, we can also arrange professional maintenance.
How long is the warranty? What happens if the warranty expires?
Answer: We offer a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, we have insurance for all our products, which often provides coverage even after the warranty period. Feel free to ask!

Where does the wood come from?
Answer: We only use naturally dried, certified teak from Indonesia – each tree slice has been dried for at least 3 years to ensure maximum stability and beauty.
Can the glass be replaced?
Answer: Yes, all glass elements and accessories are replaceable and can be reordered from us.
Can I reserve the table?
Answer: Of course – we will reserve your desired piece for up to one week free of charge, and with a deposit even for up to three months.
Why are solid hardwood tables more expensive than standard furniture?
Answer: The raw material itself is much more expensive – an uncut tree slice with a diameter of 1 meter often costs more than a finished composite table. However, your unique piece will last a lifetime and continue to increase in value.
Is there a take-back or second-hand market?
Answer: Many customers resell their tables after years at the original price – genuine teak retains its value. We're happy to help with the process!
