Wood Decorations and Handcrafted Wooden Figures from Indonesia

Discover decorative wooden figures, wooden sculptures and selected home accessories for living rooms, entrance areas, offices, restaurants, hotels, terraces or gardens. Many of our wooden figures are handcrafted in Indonesia from solid suar wood or teak wood. Variations in grain, colour and shape are characteristic of handcrafted products and make each piece individual.

All products currently available are displayed directly on this page and can be ordered online. Viewings at our warehouse in Schaffhausen are possible by appointment.

Wooden Figures and Decorations for Different Spaces

Smaller wooden figures are ideal for decorating a sideboard, shelf, table or windowsill. Larger sculptures can be displayed as striking standalone pieces in entrance areas, living rooms, offices, restaurants or hotels.

For a calm and balanced interior, we recommend combining one larger wooden sculpture with just a few carefully selected objects. The shape, colour and size of the decoration should complement the available space and surrounding furniture.

Suar Wood and Teak Wood

Suar wood is particularly valued for its lively grain, natural colour variations and suitability for hand-carved figures.

Teak wood contains natural oils and is generally suitable for outdoor use. Sunlight and weather exposure may change the colour of the surface over time, but this does not affect the usability of the wood.

As the construction and surface treatment vary from product to product, please always refer to the information on the respective product page. Not every decorative item in this collection is automatically suitable for unprotected outdoor use.

Handcraftsmanship and Natural Variations

Handcrafted wooden figures may vary slightly in grain, colour, shape and individual details. Small natural cracks, knots and irregular structures can also be part of the appearance of solid wood.

For products available in multiple pieces, the item delivered may therefore differ slightly from the images. For products explicitly offered as unique pieces, the photographs show the exact individual item.

Caring for Wooden Decorations

Dust can be removed with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, carefully clean the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning products, and wipe away liquids promptly.

For outdoor decorations, regular care can help preserve their original appearance for longer. Only use care products that are suitable for the respective type of wood and surface treatment.

Can the Wooden Decorations Be Used Outdoors?

How Should Wooden Figures Be Cleaned?

For regular cleaning, a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Do not use aggressive cleaning products, and remove liquids promptly.

Can I View or Reserve the Decorations?

Viewings are generally possible by prior appointment between 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm at our warehouse at Ebnatstrasse 65, 8200 Schaffhausen. A free reservation is available for one week; with a deposit, the product can be stored free of charge for up to three months.

How Does Delivery Work?

Delivery within Switzerland normally takes 1–3 working days. Smaller products are shipped by Swiss Post, while larger and heavier sculptures are delivered by Planzer. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

What Are the Return, Exchange and Warranty Conditions?

We offer a 14-day right of return, a 30-day right of exchange and a five-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects. After your purchase, we also provide lifelong care advice and long-term maintenance and repair services by arrangement. Costs depend on the work required.
