We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products against material and manufacturing defects. Additionally, all our items are insured against transport damage. If damage occurs outside the warranty or due to improper use, please contact us – we'll work together to find a solution.

Can I reserve the Buddha before purchasing it?

We'll be happy to reserve your statue of choice for one week free of charge. With a deposit or full payment, we'll store your item free of charge for up to three months.

How is the shipping handled? Is the statue securely packaged? How quickly is delivery?

We ship all Buddha statues immediately from stock. Delivery takes 2–5 days throughout Switzerland – smaller statues are shipped via Swiss Post, larger and heavier ones via Planzer. Each statue is packaged in an environmentally friendly, sturdy, and shock-resistant manner. We cover the packaging costs for you.

What should I do if I don’t like the statue?

You have a 15-day return policy without giving any reason and a 30-day exchange policy. Simply return the product undamaged – we'll take care of everything else.

Are the Buddha statues suitable for outdoors?

Thanks to the hardness and natural protective substances in acacia wood, our statues are also suitable for sheltered outdoor areas, balconies, and gardens. They withstand moisture, temperature fluctuations, and sunlight—however, we recommend a sheltered location for open terraces.
