Yes, you can find us at our showroom in Feuerthalen near Zurich (Schützenstrasse 19). Over 250 pieces of solid wood furniture are on display there. You can stop by anytime – even without an appointment.

Is the showroom near me? How many shelves can I see there?

We are centrally located in German-speaking Switzerland. In addition to over 250 pieces of furniture, you'll also find other versions of this teak shelf in various heights, widths, and colors.

Are there any accessories or care services?

We offer free lifetime maintenance in our showroom, spare parts at cost price, and matching glass attachments (upon request). Even after years – we're there for you.

How long is the warranty?

You receive a 2-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. Furthermore, we are insured, so many damage claims can be covered.

Do you support custom orders?

Yes. Length, depth, color, finish, or even the entire design—almost anything can be customized. Please contact us personally.

Where does the wood come from?

Our teak comes from sustainably managed Indonesian forests with FSC certification. It's naturally air-dried and hand-finished.

Can I reserve the shelf?

Yes. We offer up to 7 days free reservation, and up to 3 months of storage with a deposit.

Why is real teak so expensive?

Because it's rare, durable, and unique. A single uncut tree slice costs over CHF 910 per square meter. You're buying furniture that will last for decades, not just a year.

How is delivery done?

Within Switzerland, Planzer delivers (for items over 30 kg) within 1–2 business days. Smaller items are shipped via Swiss Post (3–5 days). Packaging and protection of the highest quality – including a wooden pallet for heavy furniture.

Is the shelf also suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, the shelf is extremely weatherproof thanks to the oil-rich teak wood. It can also be used on balconies, in covered gardens, or conservatories. Even in the rain – simply wipe it down regularly.
