Of course! We offer free reservations for up to one week. With a deposit, we'll store your desired item for up to three months free of charge.

How does delivery and shipping work? Is the packaging secure?

We deliver throughout Switzerland within 2–5 business days, packaging everything securely and in an environmentally friendly manner. Lighter items (under 30 kg) are sent via Swiss Post, while heavy or bulky items are shipped via a freight forwarder (Planzer) – always fast and reliable.
