Can I view the table before purchasing it?

Yes. We no longer operate a conventional showroom. Viewings and collections are possible by appointment at our warehouse at Ebnatstrasse 65, 8200 Schaffhausen.

Can I return or exchange the table?

You have a 14-day right of return and a 30-day exchange period, provided that the table remains in its original condition.

What warranty do I receive?

We provide a five-year warranty covering materials and workmanship. We have also taken out insurance for our products. Information relating to a specific claim is available on request.

Do you offer maintenance and repair services?

We provide free lifetime care advice as well as long-term maintenance and repair services by appointment at our warehouse in Schaffhausen. Repairs and replacement parts are charged according to the work required.
