Delivery within Switzerland normally takes 1–3 working days. Depending on the size and packaging, we ship with Swiss Post or Planzer.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the size, weight and delivery address.

Can I collect the picture myself?

Yes. Collection from our warehouse in Schaffhausen is possible by appointment.

Can I return or exchange the picture?

Returns are accepted within 14 days. An exchange is possible within 30 days, provided that the picture is returned undamaged.

What warranty applies?

We provide a five-year warranty covering verifiable material and manufacturing defects. Damage caused by moisture, falls, unsuitable mounting or improper cleaning is excluded.

We provide long-term advice on caring for the picture. Care or repair work can be arranged separately; costs depend on the work required.
