You can order the table directly online or experience it in person at our showroom in Feuerthalen, Zurich (Schützenstrasse 19, 8245 Feuerthalen). We carry over 250 unique pieces, each one unique. Open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Our showroom is centrally located in the Zurich area. Many customers travel from all over Switzerland to discover the variety – over 250 different tables are always immediately available on site.

Can I reserve a table or secure it in advance?

Yes, we offer free reservations for up to 7 days. For a small deposit, we can also securely store your table for up to 3 months.

Are there exchange or second choice options? How does this work?

You have a 15-day right of return without giving any reason and a 30-day right of exchange. Simply return the item to us in its original condition or drop it off at our showroom – it's straightforward and customer-friendly.

Is there a maintenance, spare parts or repair service?

We offer free, lifelong on-site maintenance advice and replacement of wear parts at cost. Surfaces can be reconditioned at any time.

Wood & origin: Where does the wood come from and how is it processed?

The acacia wood comes from sustainable plantations in Indonesia, is naturally dried for at least three years, and is chemical-free. Hand-picked, directly imported, and exclusively processed.

Can glass or other components be replaced?

Yes, glass inserts and table legs are replaceable or retrofittable. We're happy to help with adjustments or replacements.

Why do real hardwood tables cost more than mass-produced furniture?

Even an unprocessed tree trunk with a 1m diameter and 8cm thickness costs over CHF 910 as raw material. Add to that the manual labor, drying, and import costs – each table remains a unique piece with stable value, often even increasing in value.

How is it delivered and how secure is the packaging?

We deliver within 2–5 days throughout Switzerland, carefully packaging all tables with extra padding and a wooden pallet. Tables under 30 kg are shipped via Swiss Post, while larger items are shipped the next day with Planzer. All shipping costs are included.

Is the table suitable for outdoors?

The hard, oily acacia wood makes the table extremely weather-resistant. It can also be placed on a balcony, conservatory, or covered outdoor area – for year-round use. For permanent outdoor use, please maintain it occasionally.

Is there a used market or take-back?

Our solid wood tables retain their value so well that they are often resold at their original price, even years later. We don't offer traditional returns—but we do offer support in finding new owners.
