Yes, you have a 15-day return policy and a 30-day exchange policy – ​​straightforward and customer-oriented. Simply contact us, and we'll take care of everything.

We offer free lifetime in-store maintenance, and we supply replacement parts like table legs and glass at cost. Your table will be looked after for a lifetime.

How long is the warranty valid? What happens afterward?

You receive a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. We'll continue to support you afterward – damage is often covered by our insurance. Just ask!

What type of wood do you use? Where does the material come from?

We use exclusively Indonesian teak from sustainable forestry (FSC-certified), air-dried for at least three years. The wood is selected, sawn, and processed by hand.

Can I replace the glass or reorder individual parts?

Yes, the glass and other components are replaceable. Let us know your preference, and we'll take care of it.

Can I reserve the table?

Of course! We'll reserve your table for up to one week free of charge, and with a deposit, we'll store it for up to three months.

Is there a used market or take-back?

Our solid wood tables remain valuable and in demand even when used – many customers resell them at their original price. We don't offer an official buyback service, but we are happy to help you find a suitable alternative.

Why is the price higher than regular furniture?

A hand-picked, naturally dried tree trunk of this quality costs over CHF 900 even in its raw state. This isn't a mass-produced item, but a valuable, unique piece that will last for generations.

How is the table shipped? How is it packaged?

We deliver all tables safely and securely in custom-made wooden crates or pallets – free of charge throughout Switzerland. Delivery within 2–5 days via Planzer (over 30 kg) or Swiss Post (under 30 kg).

Is the table suitable for outdoor use? And for unprotected outdoor areas?

Yes! Thanks to teak and natural oil resins, the table is 100% weatherproof, even in the open garden or on the patio. Teak can withstand moisture and UV radiation for decades.
